FitLookwear is proud to provide you with carefully selected quality products. If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute zero risk in buying something and trying out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right.

To return your product simply send us message or email us at team@fitlookwear.com and we will provide instructions on returning the items.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs one way for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will pay for shipping on any exchanges.

Once your return is received, we will refund or exchange your items straight away.
